On April 4, 2022, Atlantic School together with NGO “Smart Osvita” and CSO “Space of Knowledge” successfully launched an educational program "School Without Walls" to support Ukrainian children, who have lost the opportunity to learn due to russian aggression

For children whose families: - got internally displaced from occupied territories and zones of active warfare- reside in places where schools are partially destroyed or fully destructed- live on temporarily occupied territories- found safe haven in countries that offer temporary residence

FULL FLEDGED ONLINE SCHOOL in Ukrainian- free-of-charge quality education- psychological support- workplaces for the teachers who lost their job

SPRING SCHOOL PROGRAM (ended June 30, 2022)
Ukrainian National School Curriculum licensed by Ministry of Education, intensive English immersion Curriculum

Goal
Quality education successful completion of the school year.
Description
- full-fledged online learning program;
- every student is involved in learning process;
- communication with teachers, school psychologists and peers;
- state certification;- in each class limited to 10 students;
- 4-6 online lessons with professional certified teachers;
- individual approach;
- psychological support aimed to reduce fear, shock and panic attacks;
- English immersion curriculum.
Program participants
- 155 students;
- 36 teachers;
- volunteer teachers-native speakers from USA;
- 1 principal;
- 2 directors of instruction (Ukrainian and English curricula);
- 2 administrators.
Within 2 hours of the online students’ enrollment 200 families filled up the application forms.
Active demand is 6000-8000 students.
